Mental Health is such an important message to not only talk about openly on a daily basis but especially with our kids. We are the role models for the next generation.
Children can learn not only about the emotions of their parents but their own emotions. It is so important for everyone to know it is okay to be okay all the time.
Three Age group options available:
5-8 (Pre-Primary to Year 2)
8-12 (Year 3 to Year 6)
12 to 14 (Year 7 to 9

Mental Health Awareness workshops available for businesses, managers, social clubs, sports clubs or even your local community.
Each workshop will be unique to the audience and or business.
