I love having the honor of talking about the message behind my books. Mental Health is such an important message to not only talk about openly on a daily basis but especially with our kids. We are the role models for the next generation.

Children can learn not only about the emotions of their parents but their own emotions. It is so important for everyone to know it is okay to be okay all the time.

Meet our favourite friends Harry the Super Kid and Ruby the monster as we talk about feelings and emotions.
